Mango Lassi

I love this drink! Its so easy to make and perfect to drink after a spicy meal. (there's no apple in it-I just put it in the picture for color)

Mango Lassi

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango pulp (if using frozen-let it thaw before use)

1/3 cup cold water

4 tablespoons honey or sugar

9-10 ice cubes.

Blend everything but the ice cubes in the blender until the sugar or honey is dissolved. Add the ice and blend until frothy!

When you get to Sâo Paulo you won't use frozen Mango. They alwys have fresh ones here!

Yummy! I love mango lassi too! Such good stuff! Try a pinch of cumin in it next time. I know it sounds weird, but it is yummy!

I'm going to try this ...do you think I could use chunks of mango in place of the pulp...same difference, no?

Big fan of Mango Lassi. I always get them when I go out for indian food. Didn't realize they were this easy to make at home.

That smoothie looks healthy and delicious. And adding the apple for color in the shot is hilarious!
